Raleigh, NC: Waterstone Defeasance recently closed a defeasance transaction for a $5.6 million CMBS loan, secured by a multi-family property located in Buffalo, NY. Waterstone guided the owners through the defeasance process coinciding with the owners’ refinance of their property, terms undisclosed.
