CHARLOTTE, NC: Waterstone Defeasance recently closed a defeasance transaction for a $59 million CMBS loan, secured by a retail property located in Las Vegas, NV.  Waterstone guided the owners through the defeasance process coinciding with the owners’ refinance of their loan.
